Employee Of The Month

Here at Heights Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, our team is family. We started voting for employees of the month so we honor our team members for all of their hard work and dedication!

Our very first employee of the month for the month of August was hygienist, Jennifer Lubrano! Here are some wonderful things her coworkers said about her:

Welcome to the Heights Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics Blog! We want to connect with our patients and the community about clinical updates in pediatric dentistry, important facts and tips on caring for your child’s teeth and oral health, and exciting activities going on in our office. For our first post, we would first like to introduce you to our amazing team of doctors!

PEDIATRIC DENTIST, DR. KASIA LINDHORST

Dr. Kasia Lindhorst was born in Poland and moved to Texas when she was fourteen. She graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor degree in Biology and Slavic Studies. She earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated in the top ten percent of her class from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She then obtained a Masters and specialty certification in pediatric dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Houston Dental Branch. Dr. Lindhorst is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

FUN FACTS:

Dr. Lindhorst loves being active! You can find her running trails and half marathons all over the country, and keeping up with her two sons, Christoph and Lukas.

Her favorite food is sushi.

Skiing is her favorite sport. She loves to ski any mountain, but Big Sky Montana the most!

ORTHODONTIST, DR. DREW DARSEY

Dr. Darsey attended Texas A&M University (go Aggies!) where he achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from the School of Engineering. He earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas Dental Branch, where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. He then then obtained a Masters and specialty certification in orthodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Houston Dental Branch where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Darsey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

FUN FACTS:

Dr. Darsey is a self-proclaimed “engineering dork.”

He likes all outdoor sports including skiing, golf, and tennis.

Dr. Darsey is crafty and does DIY projects at home. Did you notice our play table in the waiting room? He built that!

PEDIATRIC DENTIST, DR. ADRIEN THERIOT

Dr. Theriot was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in Houston. She then obtained a Masters and specialty certification in pediatric dentistry and is currently working towards her board certification and Diplomacy of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

FUN FACTS:

Dr. Theriot loves animals! She has two rescue cats named Gus and Tiger Lily.

She has been dancing since she could stand. She was on a competition dance team throughout childhood, captain of her high school drill team and danced for the Baylor Songleaders!

If she could be any Disney princess, she would be Princess Belle.
